Please read this agreement carefully before using this site. By accessing and/or registering with Nigeria Friends, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. Please be aware that this agreement may be updated according to developments within the site or its use.


Information/Services
By registering to use the Nigeria Friends Service, you become a member. This membership is free. All registered members of Nigeria-Friends.com can do the following:

Add themselves to as many schools as they attended.

View lists of ex-students registered for all schools.

View notes and photographs of registered members.

View photos in all school albums.

View messages posted in all school memory boards.

View and respond to messages on Finder message boards for schools attended.

Search for members and schools.

Post messages on the websites general forum.

Adding a photograph of themselves.

Adding unlimited photographs to a school’s album.

Posting unlimited messages on a school’s memory board.

Sending unlimited emails to ex-schoolmates and friends.

Posting messages on a school’s message board (for someone to help you find an alumni of that school).


Use of Information/Services
This website is intended for the use of reuniting past school mates. Message boards and forums contain the opinions and views of other Members. Nigeria Friends is not responsible for the accuracy or content of any messages posted by Members, but Nigeria Friends reserves the right in its sole discretion to:

Edit or delete any documents, information or other material submitted to or appearing on this site, and

Refuse access to the site to any user that violates this agreement

To this end, all members using this site agree to

Members may not post or transmit any material that is libellous, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, misleading, harmful, threatening, abusive or hateful, that violates the property rights of others (including without limitation infringing use of a copyright or trademark), that violates the privacy of others, or that is in violation of any applicable laws.

Members may not interfere with other Members' use and enjoyment of this site;

Members may not use this site to conduct any activity that is illegal or that violates the rights of others;

Members may not use this site to advertise or sell products or services to others; and

Members must immediately inform Nigeria Friends if they have reason to believe that a user is infringing any copyrighted materials.


Registration
By registering with Nigeria Friends, you undertake to provide accurate and current information about yourself – including your correct name, address and any other requested details. You also undertake only to add yourself to the school(s) which you attended. By accepting the terms of this Agreement, you also give your consent to the way we may handle your personal data. Note that all information posted on the Nigeria Friends site is also accessible to internet users around the world.

Payment
Worldpay Limited collect online payments on behalf of Nigeria Friends using secure servers with the latest encryption technology. You may make a payment using any of the following cards: Mastercard, VISA, Switch, Delta, Solo. You must either be the card holder or the cardholder is paying for this service on your behalf. We do not store any card details on our systems. Credit/debit card details are only required at the point of payment which is done via a secure web page provided by WorldPay. Nigeria Friends will not be held liable for any fraud


Changes to Site
Nigeria Friends may make improvements or changes in the information, services, and other materials on this site, at any time without notice. Nigeria Friends may modify this agreement at any time. This modification(s) becomes effective on the date it is posted on this site. Your continued access or use of this site upon or after the date of such posting and notification shall be deemed your acceptance of the modified agreement. Subsequently, Nigeria Friends reserves the right to alter our fees from time to time, provided that such amount or basis is clearly stated at the time when you agree to take the relevant Nigeria Friends service.

Emails
Sending emails to members of Nigeria-Friends for the purpose of advertising a business or service is prohibited.

Miscellaneous
Nigeria Friends’ failure to insist upon strict enforcement of any provision of this agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.
